Acceptable proof of purchase must include a photograph of the original product UPC, and either a copy of a dated cash register receipt or a dated itemized sales invoice. This offer may not be combined with any other Colt offer. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks from submission receipt for delivery of Mastercard^® Prepaid Card. Limit of one rebate per Serial # of a new qualifying product purchased. In order to receive your Mastercard^® Prepaid Card you must purchase a new qualifying product between 11/1/2024 – 12/31/2024.
